Keto Blaze Xtreme   comfort zone so one of the big I guess um obstacles that a lot of people see and obstacles to hormones you know we can get triggered back into past memories where things are really extreme and so it's um like what's stretching you know if you go slowly you're gonna get more movement you're gonna keep everything safely but if you're just gonna yank it really quickly without any kind of warm-up you know that's  Keto Blaze Xtreme   changes and and and to not feel like it has to be painful or it has to be horrible in order for it to be good for you and I definitely think that there's something in our in our culture that has kind of created this feeling like things that are bad for you feel good and taste good and things that are good for you feel bad and taste that  Keto Blaze Xtreme   know kind of running around in circles with not doing even this notion that people's people's wires are crossed in a lot of ways you know so ...
